1. Scope
These terms govern website usage and pre-launch registration. Paid terms become effective only after checkout activation.
2. Access and updates
Android builds are provided through controlled download endpoints. Update requirements can be mandatory for security and compatibility.
3. Future subscription model
After GO, account-linked subscriptions and entitlement checks determine product access under monthly billing conditions.
4. Liability and final legal review
This page is a placeholder baseline and must be replaced by lawyer-approved final terms before production monetization.
Seat model and employee access
The product is designed for business use. Seats and employee access are managed server-side. Sharing one paid account across multiple people is not the intended model.
Mandatory updates and app access
Updates may become mandatory for security or compatibility reasons. If an entitlement expires or payment fails, access can be blocked after the grace phase.
Beta notice
The current version is a technical baseline for closed beta and soft public. A legally approved final version is required before real monetization.
