1. Controller
Controller is Benedikt Thomma. Complete contact details must be finalized before public launch.
2. Data categories
In waitlist mode we process e-mail, selected language and business-size information for launch communication.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Processing is used for launch onboarding and product communication. Legal basis follows applicable consent and legitimate-interest rules.
4. Retention and rights
Data is stored only as required for launch operations. Users can request access, correction or deletion at any time.
Website and auth
We process login, session and basic usage data so the website, download area and protected API endpoints work correctly. This includes Supabase Auth, session cookies and login events.
Download, release and operations
When an APK is downloaded we process release, token and download information to allow access only for entitled users and to reduce abuse.
Crash, error and telemetry
The app, website and API send technical error and performance information to our internal observability system. These records are used for debugging, stability and security.
Billing and entitlements
When subscriptions are active, we process Stripe and entitlement data so seats, grace windows and blocked access can be managed in a rule-based way.
AI and Google Drive backup
If AI scanning or Google Drive backup is used, the required file and metadata processing occurs for those features. Final legal wording must be approved before public launch.
